  37.     Dan, the $3.00 2nd day priority charge is the minimum charge for that 
  38. service. You can not get it for any less unless you ship it regular first 
  39. class which is not a priority service. So there is no savings on shipping 
  40. a 10 minute tape as opposed to a 2 hour tape.
